Co-Founder & Field Operations Leader
Edwin Lemus brings over a decade of hands-on experience working within DOT-compliant construction environments, developing a deep understanding of roadway operations from the ground up. Becoming an expert in erosion control, traffic control, drainage, grading, asphalt, concrete and advancing into supervisory roles, he has built his career on practical knowledge, field discipline, and consistent performance.
He has contributed to projects across Winston-Salem, Raleigh, Rural Hall, Lumberton, and throughout Virginia, gaining experience in both urban and rural environments. This range of work has strengthened his ability to adapt, lead crews effectively, and maintain performance across varying project demands.
Known for his speed, efficiency, and ability to lead under pressure, Edwin’s leadership is rooted in accountability, safety, and execution—ensuring every project meets strict requirements.
He is currently in the process of obtaining North Carolina licensure to perform highway construction work.
Adriana Jurich
Co-Founder & Strategy and Operations
Adriana Jurich is Co-Founder and leads strategy and operations, bringing a structured and growth-focused approach to the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University, with over 5 years of experience in helping organizations reach their full potential.
Her role centers on aligning field performance with business strategy ensuring that systems, communication, and client relationships reflect the company’s standards.
She focuses on scalability, consistency, and long-term growth, supporting the company’s ability to operate at a high level while meeting the expectations of DOT and municipal partners.
